FOOD CORE PROBE OPTION

The core probe allows accurate control of the core temperature
of the product being cooked. This option excludes the cooking
time setting.

Values to be set: from 15 to 290℃
When the set value is reached, the oven stops automatically.

Adjustable PROBE to measure the product core
temperature
Adjustable PROBE for data transmission on USB
pendrive.
MULTIPOINT core probe with 6 sensors along the
entire stem, for correctly measuring the product core

temperature even if the tip is not completely in the
centre (ONLY with specific models).
Depending on the model, ovens are equipped with MULTIPOINT
core probe or SINGLEPOINT core probe. MULTIPOINT core
