Precaution for handling the opti-
cal fiber cable
Do not bend the optical fiber ca-
ble at a sharp angle since this may
damage the cable. Take particu-
lar care to avoid bending when
installing in a rack, etc. When
forming the cable into a loop for
storage purposes, make sure that
the diameter of the loop is at least
15 cm. When connecting the ca-
ble, ensure that the connectors
are inserted as far as they will go
to safeguard against incomplete
connection.
