When you insert a DVD-R/DVD-RAM/DVD-RW disc
which have finished record, press EDIT MENU
button on the remote control, the Title Screen will
appear• The Title Screen displays thumbnail previews
and information for each Title (recording) on the disc,
as well as the amount of free space available for
recordings.In the Title Screen, you can perform the
following functions with your Recordings:
• Play Titles or Chapters.
• Delete Titles.
• Rename Titles or Disc,

_i_ Thumbnail Images - Displays the first frame of
the corresponding title•
Disc Information - Shows the Disc Name, total
number of titles on the disc and recording time
remaining•
Progress Bar - Shows the current playback
point and total length of the current title•
O Title Preview - The current title is played in this
window•
Play Title - Begins playback of selected title•
Chapter Viewer - See Chapter Previews and
Play Chapters•
Rename Title - Rename the Title with the
On-Screen Keyboard•
O Delete Title - Delete the current title•
Change Disc Name - Rename the Disc with the
On-Screen keyboard•
Press EDIT MENU to show the Title screen•
Use the _./v keys to select the title that contains
the chapter you wish to play.
Use the 4 / ) keys to select the Chapter Viewer
icon and then press ENTER•
Use the A/v keys to select the chapter you wish
to play and press PLAY.
Or use the 4 / _' keys to select the PLAY icon and
then press ENTER•
To return to the Title Screen, press EDIT MENU.
Press EDIT MENU to show the Title screen•
Use the A/v keys to select the Title you wish to
rename•
Use the 4 / ) keys to select the Rename Title
icon and then press ENTER• Use the on-screen
keyboard (_ page 43)t0 rename the title•
Press EDIT MENU to show the Title screen•
Use the A/v keys to select the title you wish to
erase•
Use the 4 / ) keys to select the Delete Title icon
and then press ENTER•
A message "Do you really want to delete the
selected _tem. ts d_splayed.
Use the 4/1' keys to select "Yes" and then press
ENTER•

Use the A/v keys to select the title you wish to
play and press PLAY•
The Action Menu also can be used to playback a
title• Use the 4 / !' keys to select the PLAY icon
and then press ENTER•

To return to the Title Screen, press EDIT MENU•

Use the 4 / I, keys to select the Change Disc
Name icon and then press ENTER•
A Set Disc Name Screen is displayed•
Use the 4 / 1' keys to select the "Edit name" and
then press ENTER• Use the on-screen keyboard
(_ page 43) to rename the disc.
The Set Disc Name screen is displayed again•
Use the 4 / ) keys to select "OK" and then
press ENTER.
