Basic Operation
Turning the set on
1.Press [OPERATEO/I]
on the remote control, or press
[OPERATE ©/I] on the front panel.
Selecting CD mode
2.Press [m/Il] on the remote contro! or [CD] on the front
panel.
Loading a disc
3.Open the disc tray by pressing (£OPEN/CLOSE] on the
front panel.
Place a disc, with its labelled side up, in the disc tray.
NOTES:
Hold the disc by the edge and do not touch its surface
(especially its unlabelled side which has the recording
data.)
* Do not place more than 1 disc at one time.
* This set can play a 8 cm (3 inch) disc without any
adaptor. Remove an adaptor if itis attached to your
disc,
* Do not interrupt open-close movement of the CD tray.
4.Close the disc tray by pressing [4 OPEN/CLOSE] on the
front panel. Then the total number of tracks (@) and the
total playing time (@) of the disc are indicatedin the display.
The music table (@) also indicates each track number.
To start play from the first track to the last
5. Press [/ Il] on the remote contro! or[>PLAY/I PAUSE] on
the front panel.
To hait play temporarily
6. Press [>/ II] on the remote contro! or [PLAY/PAUSE]
on the front panel.
To stop play
.
7. Press [wm ] on the remote control or [mSTOP/CLEAR] on the
front panel.
To play from the desired track to the last track of disc
8, Press the particular track number on the remote control. Or
selectthe desired track by repeatedly pressing [4<4)/ [>>I]
on the remote control, and then press [>/ ff].
To get a particular part of a track
9. Press and hold [ld] / [1] on the remote control during
play, and the player will start search. The player will start
play when you release the button.

Ejinschalten der Anlage
1.Dréicken Sie [OPERATE®/ I] auf der Fernbedienung, oder
dricken Sie [OPERATE 0/1] an der Frontplatte.
Auswahlen des CD-Modus
2. Driicken Sie [>/ Il] auf der Fernbedienung oder [CD] an
der Frontplatie.
Einlegen einer CD
3.Offnen Sie die Piattenlade, indem Sie [OPEN/CLOSE]
an der Frontplatte driicken.
Legen Sie eine CD - mit der bedruckten Seite nach oben
zeigend - in die CD-Lade ein.
HINWEISE:
* Halten Sie die Platte am auberen Rand fest und Sie
nichtderen
Oberflache
(insbesondere
nicht die
unbedruckte Seite, die die Aufnahmedaten enthalt).
* Legen Sie niemals mehr als 1 Platte zur Zeit ein.
* Diese Anlage kann eine 8 cm-Platte ohne Adapter
abspielen. Entfernen Sie den Adapter, wenn ein
solcher an Ihrer Platte sein sollte.
* Achten Sie darau, dai die CD-Lacle ohne Behinderung
aus- und einfahren kann.
4. Schlieben Sie die CD-Lade, indem Sie [4 OPEN/CLOSE]
an der Frontplatte driicken. Die Gesamtanzahl aller sich
auf der Platte
befindlichen
Titel (©) und die
Gesamtwiedergabezeit (®) der Platte werden dann im
Display angezeigt. Die Musiktabelle (@) zeigt ebenfalls
jede TiteInummer an,
Starten der Wiedergabe vom ersten bis zum letzten Titel
5. Driicken Sie [»/ Il] auf der Fernbedienung oder [»PLAY/I
PAUSE] an der Frontplatte.
Zeitweiliges Unterbrechen der Wiedergabe
6. Driicken Sie [>/ Il] auf der Fernbedienung oder [>PLAY/I
PAUSE] an der Froniplatte.

Stoppen der Wiedergabe
7.Driicken Sie [m] auf der Fernbedienung oder [mSTOP/
CLEAR} an der Frontplatte.
Wiedergeben vom gewiinschten bis zum letzten sich auf der
Platte befindlichen Titel
8.Driicken
Sie die bestimmte Titelnummer
aut der
Fernbedienung. Oder wahlen Sie den gewtinschten Titel
aus,
indem
Sie wiederholt
[Med] / [>mt] auf der
Fernbedienung driicken. Driicken Sie danach [>/ IN}.
Auffinden eines bestimmten Titelabschnittes
9.Driicken und halten Sie wahrend der Wiedergabe [ltd] /
[>I] auf der Fernbedienung; der CD-Spieler startet den
Suchlauf. Der CD-Spieler beginnt mit der Wiedergabe,
wenn Sie die Taste loslassen.
