When Fax Preview is set to On, you can see
how many new faxes you have received.
10 Voice messages in the machine's memory
Shows how many received voice messages
are in the memory.

Lets you view a list of outgoing calls and the
caller ID history.
Also, lets you fax or call the number you have
chosen from the lists.

Appears when there is an error or maintenance
message; press the Warning icon to view it,
and then press

Basic Operations

To use the Touchscreen press the MENU or
option button you want to operate directly on
the LCD screen. To access more menus or
options, press a b or d c to scroll the screen.
Press to return to the previous menu.
The following steps show how to change a
setting in the machine. In this example the
Sleep mode setting is changed from
30 Mins to 10 Mins.
