• Some system processes failed to start properly.
• The system detected an unsupported configuration.
When in the Support mode, the DR4000 system displays the following alert
message:

The Support mode puts the DR4000 system into a state in which only the
following tasks can be performed:
• Generate a system diagnostics file. For more information, see
"Generating a Diagnostics Log File" on page 77.
• Upgrade the system software. For more information, see "Upgrading the
DR4000 System Software" on page 79.
• Contact Dell Support for assistance. For more information, see
"Contacting Dell" on page 122.
NOTE:
Dell recommends that you generate a DR4000 system diagnostics file
whenever the DR4000 system is in Maintenance or Support modes if one was
not automatically generated.
