PCI slots

The PCI slots support cards such as
a LAN card, SCSI card, USB card, and
other cards that comply with PCI
specifications. The figure shows a
LAN card installed on a PCI slot.

PCI Express x1 slot

This motherboard supports PCI
Express x1 network cards, SCSI cards
and other cards that comply with
the PCI Express specifications. The
following figure shows a network
card installed on the PCI Express x1
slot.

This motherboard has supports
PCI Express x16 graphic cards
that comply with PCI Express
specifications. The figure shows a

If you install a PCIEx8 or x16 card in PCIEx16 slot, the onboard DVI
device is automatically disabled.
If you install a PCIEx1 or x4 card in PCIEx16 slot, set the PCIE_SW
jumper to 2-3. See PCIE controller setting on page 1-25 for details.
