Troubleshooting Procedures

Trouble
(1) The POWER LED does not come
on.
(2) The PAPER LED is lit.
(3) The ERROR LED comes on.
In printing
Except in printing
(4) Keys disabled.
(5) Both the PAPER and ERROR
LEDs are flashing.
Power connection to the printer.

(Check the AC cord and adapter's DC cord for
disconnection or breakage. Check the AC adapter
itself.)

Unplug the machine and leave it until the thermal
