10.3 Service addresses

USN 52R/USN 52L are made with high-quality
components according to the latest production
methods. Strict intermediate inspections and a quality
assurance system, certified according to DIN ISO
9001, guarantee optimum quality of conformance of the
instrument.
However, should you establish an instrument defect,
contact your nearest authorized Krautkrämer or
Krautkramer-Branson Service giving a description of
the defect.
Retain the packing case, should it be necessary to
return the instrument for repair.
If you have any questions with regard to application,
operation and to the specifications of your ultrasonic
instrument, contact your local Krautkrämer
