Searching the Address Book
The User Search screen opens when you press
Edit screen. The Directory field displays the name of the currently
selected local address book or LDAP server.

To search for recipients in a different Directory Service (LDAP or
TOSHIBA controller) press the down-arrow button next to the
Directory name.
The Address Book and LDAP Server Selection screen opens, listing
the address books and LDAP servers defined in TopAccess.

Using the arrow buttons, scroll through the list.

Select the directory to search.
