To set the IE page caching options:
Internet Explorer browser>>Tools>>Internet Options
1.
On the General tab, click Settings.
2.
Under Check for new versions of stored pages, select the
Automatically radio button.
3.
Click OK.
4.
In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
5.
In the Security options, make sure that Do not save encrypted pages
to disk is not checked.
6.
Click OK.
