ESCRIPTION
This is a unique number; the system does not allow duplicate IDs.
This name will appear on the Agents tab.
This is optional and can be the same as the ID.
This assigns the call handling priority level for this individual. Valid
entries are 0~100. Incoming ACD calls will always be sent to agents
with the highest priority number when Agent Priority routing is used.
You can assign multiple agents with the same priority number. A
Priority value of 0 disables this parameter.
If you check this option, each ACD call is auto-answered and an
audible tone is sent to the connection.
