Rimuovere le pastiglie servendosi di una calamita.
Using a magnet, remove the valve pads.
Utilizzare un attrezzo separatore per comprimere le
molle valvola. Fare attenzione a non danneggiare le
superfici dei piani di appoggio della guarnizione o della
camera di scoppio. Assicurarsi che l'attrezzo separatore
si trovi in posizione diritta, altrimenti lo stelo della valvo-
la potrebbe piegarsi. Per evitare indebolimenti, fare
attenzione a non comprimere le molle più del dovuto.
Contrassegnare tutte le parti in modo da poterle rimon-
tare correttamente. Qualora i semiconi avessero provo-
cato delle sbavature sugli steli delle valvole provvedere
a rimuoverle prima di togliere le valvole.
Use a valve spring compressor tool to remove the
valves. Be careful not to damage the gasket surfaces or
the combustion chamber.
Make sure that the valve spring compressor is always
straight, otherwise the valve stem can bend.
To prevent loss of tension, do not compress the valve
springs more than necessary. Mark all parts, so that
they can be reassembled correctly.
If the valve cotters have made a burr on the valve stem,
remove it before removing the valve.
Rimuovere le guarnizioni di tenuta dalle sedi valvola.
Ricordare che nel rimontaggio le guarnizioni andranno
sostituite.
Remove the sealing gaskets from the valve seats.
Remember to replace the gaskets with new ones when
reassembling.
