RIMONTAGGIO MOTORE
ENGINE REASSEMBLY
Verificare il gioco assiale della biella nei volani che deve essere
0,3÷0,677 mm.
Check the connecting rod side float into the flywheels. It must be
0,3÷0,677 mm
(0.012÷0.027 in).

Raddrizzare l'albero motore con l'ausilio di un martello in rame.
Controllare l'allineamento dei semivolani con una squadra posta a
90° rispetto al perno di biella.
Make an initial alignment of the flywheel using a copper hammer.
Check the alignment over the crank discs with a scale places 90°
from the crankpin.

Controllare la scentratura dell'albero motore che, rilevata in corri-
spondenza delle superfici di appoggio dei cuscinetti, non deve
superare 0,02 mm.
Check the alignment of the crankshaft between centers.
Runout may not exceed 0.02 mm (0.0008 in) at the bearing
positions.

Rimontaggio ingranaggio rinvio contralbero
Posizionare l'albero motore sul piano della pressa come indicato in
fig. 4 (deve appoggiare sul piano solo la parete interna del
semivolano sinistro) e montare l'ingranaggio rinvio contralbero.
Reassembly of counter balancing shaft driving gear
Put the flywheel on the press as shown in picture 4 (with the left
half-flywheel surface on the press plane) and join the layshaft
driving gear on the flywheel.
