Feature Quick Steps
Personal Speed Dial
To Program a Personal Speed Dial Number:
1.
Dial #SP .
2.
Dial the Personal Speed Dial bin number (701-720). or
Press Personal Speed Dial Key (for bins 1-10), or
Press DIAL and the Personal Speed Dial Key for bins 11-20.
3.
Press HOLD .
4.
Enter the trunk number (e.g., 1) you want the system to use when dialing your stored number,
Enter the Trunk Group number you want the system to use when dialing your stored number (e.g., 90)
Skip this step if you want to enter Intercom codes.
5.
Press HOLD + Enter the number you want to store + Press HOLD .
6.
Enter a name for the Speed Dial number + Press HOLD .

Additional Name Programming Options
Save name. In system programming, HOLD saves and exits name programming.
Exit name programming without saving name.
Scroll the cursor to the left.
Scroll the cursor to the right.
Put the cursor after the last entry.
Delete the character under the cursor.
Delete the character to the right of the cursor.
Clear the entire entry.
Restore the previous entry,

The Speed Dial number can be up to 32 digits long. If the number is longer than 16 digits, it
automatically uses the next adjacent bin in addition to the bin you are programming.
