Beeper and Decode LED Signals from the PL3307

The BEEPER_OUT and HOST_DEC_LED* output lines provide user feedback but do not provide enough
current drive for the actual beeper and LED device. Additional buffering is required.
The PL3307's beeper output ranges from 2.352 KHz to 2.963 KHz. The beeper output is a 50% duty cycle
square wave at maximum volume, 12.5% at low volume.
If using a non-inverting driver to buffer the HOST_DEC_LED* line, connect the output of the driver to the
cathode (-) end of the LED.
