Fuel Gauge
The fuel gauge is located with the hour meter. Bars of the
fuel gage light up and indicate the fuel level when the ignition
switch is on (Figure 6).
The low fuel indicator light appears when the fuel level is low
(approximately one gallon remaining in the fuel tank).
Hour Meter
The hour meter records the number of hours the engine has
operated. It operates when the engine is running. Use these
times for scheduling regular maintenance (Figure 6).
Ignition Switch
Use the ignition switch to start the mower engine; it has three
positions: Start, Run and Off.
Motion Control Levers
Use the motion control levers to drive the machine forward,
reverse, and turn either direction.
Safety Interlock Indicators
There are symbols on the hour meter that indicate with a
black triangle that the interlock component is in the correct
position (Figure 6).

Neutral Lock Position
Use the neutral lock position along with the safety interlock
system to engage and to determine neutral position.
Fuel Shut-off Valve
Close the fuel shut-off valve (under the seat) when
transporting or storing the mower.
