Cleaning the Axle Breathers
Service Interval: Every 1,000 hours
1. Clean the area around the breathers with a cleaning
solvent

2. Remove the breathers from the front axle and rear

3. Clean the breathers with a cleaning solvent.
4. Use compressed air to dry the breathers.
Important: Wear face protection when using
compressed air.

Servicing the Transmission

Transmission-oil specification: Mobilfluid 424
Checking the Oil Level in the
Transmission
Service Interval: Every 100 hours
Important: If you operate the machine while the level of
the transmission oil is below the recommended level, you
may damage the transmission and the parking brake.
1. Park the machine on a level surface.
2. Start the engine and run it for 10 minutes.
3. Stop the engine and remove the ignition key.
4. After 5 minutes, check the transmission oil level in the
sight gauge
(Figure
Note: The oil level should cover 1/2 to 3/4 of the
sight-gauge window.

5. If the oil level is low, add the specified oil into the
transmission; refer to
