Maintenance Procedure
• Torque the wheel-lug nuts.
• Check the tension of the alternator belt.
• Check the tension of the blade-drive belt.
• Change the front planetary-gear oil.
• Change the rear-axle oil.
• Check the engine oil level.
• Check the coolant level.
• Check the hydraulic fluid level.
• Check the tire pressure.
• Check the air-cleaner indicator
• Remove all debris and chaff from the engine compartment, radiator and oil cooler.
• Check the interlock switch operation.
• Lubricate the grease fittings. Also lubricate the grease fittings after every washing of
the machine.
• Inspect the air cleaner.
• Check the battery condition weekly or after every 50 hours of operation.
• Check the tension of the blade-drive belt.
• Inspect the cooling-system hoses and clamps.
• Check the tension of the alternator belt.
• Torque the wheel-lug nuts.
• Change the engine oil and filter.
• Check the planetary-gear-drive oil.
• Check the rear-axle lubricant.
• Check the rear-axle-gearbox lubricant.
• Service the air filter (if the indicator shows red).
• Inspect the fuel lines and connections.
• Replace the fuel-filter canister.
• Drain and clean the fuel tank.
• Change the front planetary-gear oil (or yearly, whichever comes first).
• Change the rear-axle oil.
• Check the rear wheel toe-in.
• Inspect the blade-drive belt.
• Change the hydraulic fluid.
• Change the hydraulic oil filters.
• Inspect the side-cutting-unit damper.
• Inspect the castor-wheel assemblies on the cutting unit.
• Check and adjust the valve clearance.
• Flush the cooling system and replace the fluid.
• Replace moving hoses.
