Corrective action
Set a value within the range of 1 to 256.

• Decrease the number of cam data
(number of cams, cam resolution, and
coordinate number).
• Erase the cam data and rewrite it.
Set a value within the setting range for
the cam auto-generation.
Review the setting value of the cam
auto-generation data.
Delete the cam data write password
with a programming tool.
