Once on the Key Template page the pull down menu will show a list of extensions.
When "Show all ports" is enabled every extension the system is capable of
supporting is shown. If disabled, only extensions that are actually installed in the
system are displayed. The default for this option is enabled.
When "Show all keys" is enabled, function keys 1~48 are shown. If disabled, only
function keys 1~24 are shown. The default for this option is enabled.
