User level (PRG90-02-03) has to be 3 = SA (System Administrator Level 1) or
higher.
During loading or saving the configuration file, no other user can log into the system
through PCPro, WebPro or Phone Programming. On the other hand, if someone is
logged into the system, this feature does not work.
After completing the upload, the system reboots automatically, even if trunk
lines and extensions are on a call. It is recommended WebPro Upload
should be performed only when system is not in use.
