3.1 Powering On the Touch panel

Procedure
Step 1 Check that the touch panel is connected to a power supply.
The battery life is limited. Therefore, connect the touch panel to a power supply using the power adapter for
long-duration conferences.
Step 2 Press and hold the power key for at least two seconds.

3.2 Powering On or Off

Context
The power button on the touch panel turns on or off the telepresence system.

NOTE
Powering on
Press the power key on the right side of the touch panel and follow the onscreen instructions
to power on the telepresence system.
NOTE
It takes about 2 minutes to power on all devices.
Powering off
Tap .
NOTE
Tabletop displays will be closed when the system is powered off. To avoid device damages and personal
dangers, confirm that nothing is blocking the tabletop displays before powering off the system.
