Step 2 Tap View Sites in Turn in the conference controls list to start viewing sites in turn.
Viewing sites in turn stops if the chair site performs another conference control operation, such as giving the
floor to a site, broadcasting a site, releasing chair control rights, or enabling voice activation.
Step 3 Tap Stop Viewing Sites in Turn in the conference controls list to stop viewing sites in turn.

8.13 Starting or Stopping Voice Activation Switching by
Speaker
Context
If the chair site starts Voice Activation Switching by Speaker, all sites have unmuted
microphones, one of the speakers at a tri-screen telepresence site exceeds the predefined voice
activation threshold and is the loudest in the conference, the screen video corresponding to the
speaker is broadcast.
Procedure
Step 1 Tap more on the home screen to display the conference controls list.
Step 2 Tap Voice Activation Switching by Speaker to start voice activation.
Step 3 Tap Stop Voice Activation Switching by Speaker to stop voice activation.

Site
Context
If the chair site starts Voice Activation Switching by Site, all sites have unmuted microphones,
a site that exceeds the predefined voice activation threshold and that has the highest volume
among all conference sites will have its video broadcast.
Procedure
Step 1 Tap more on the home screen to display the conference controls list.
Step 2 Tap Voice Activation Switching by Site to start voice activation.
Step 3 Tap Stop Voice Activation Switching by Site to stop voice activation.
