5.1 Initiating a Conference by Using Different Methods

The telepresence system provides multiple paths to initiating a conference. Choose the method
you need based on the actual situation.
You can call multiple selected sites simultaneously to initiate a multipoint conference. During
a multipoint conference, all the sites can hear and view each other.

5.1.1 Initiating a Conference from Favorite Conferences

Context
From the Telepresence System Manager, define multiple conferences. These conferences are
favorite conferences. Synchronize the conferences to the touch panel. Then you can initiate a
conference using one of the predefined favorite conferences.
Procedure
Step 1 From the home screen of the touch panel, tap
favorite conferences screen.
Step 2 Tap
