Pass the chair control to another site.
Request chair rights and become the chair site.
Request to speak. During a conference, users can request the floor from
the chair site.
This is the screen of the right HD display in the telepresence system and
displays the video from the right codec.
From the Web interface of the telepresence system, a participant can
create and edit the script to be used in a conference. Then, the participant
can operate from the touch panel to display the script on the HD displays.
In this case, when giving a presentation, the participant can see the script
conveniently on the HD displays, removing the trouble of reading the
relevant paper.
This function is used to select the video to be displayed on each HD
display.
Stop broadcasting a site. The other sites stop viewing the site.
The participants will view the display containing the speaker whose voice
is the loudest.
The participants will view the video of the site with the loudest voice.
The tabletop display is rotatable and is used to display presentations, from
the local site or a remote site.
The Huawei telepresence system provides users a comfortable
videoconferencing environment in which they can have face to face
remote conferences.
The telepresence system manager is used for device management. It is
used to configure and control the devices of the system, view the status
of the devices, and troubleshoot the devices.
