Clips not attached to electrodes properly.
Electrode gel dried.
Defective MECG cable.
Service required.
Selected lead providing
inadequate signal.
Monitor unable to make a
determination due to insufficient signal.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Ensure transducer is securely attached
to monitor.
Re-apply electrodes.
Check clip attachments.
Check electrodes and re-apply gel if
necessary.
Replace cable.
Call Biomedical Engineering
Department.
Change lead selection on MHR/P Setup
screen.
Ensure patient is not asystolic.
Ensure electrodes are firmly secured to
patient.
