After Sales Services
■ When problems occur
Before asking repair, see "Troubleshooting" in this manual to
check the problem (→P186). If the problem still persists,
contact "Repairs (Inquiries/Request)" on the last page (in
Japanese only).
■ If the result of inquiries indicates that a repair is
required
Bring the terminal to the DOCOMO-specified repair office.
However, it must be taken during business hours of the repair
office. Note that repair may take some days depending on the
problem.
■ After expiration of the warranty
All repairs that are requested are charged.
■ Replacement parts
Replacement parts (parts required to maintain functions) will
in principle be kept in stock for 4 years after termination of
production.

However, depending on the malfunctioning part, repair may
not be possible due to a lack of replacement parts. Please
contact a repair counter specified by DOCOMO.
■ Notes

Never modify this terminal or included accessories.
- May cause fire, injuries or malfunction.
- The modified terminal may be repaired only if the owner
agrees on that all the modified parts are restored to the
original conditions. However, repairs may be refused
depending on the modifications.

The following cases may be regarded as modifications.
- A sticker etc. is put on the display or key part
- The terminal is embellished with adhesive material etc.
- Exteriors are replaced with other than DOCOMO's genuine
parts

Repair of failures or damage caused by modification is
charged even during the warranty period.

Do not remove the nameplate attached to the terminal.
Note that if the content of the nameplate cannot be
confirmed due to deliberate removal, replacement, etc., it
may disqualify the terminal from repairs.
