This test verifies the Peak Volts accuracy specification of the HP 53131A
and HP 53132A Universal Counters.
Equipment
HP 3325B Synthesizer
HP 10100C 50Ω Feedthrough
HP 10503A BNC Cable
Counter Setup
1 Cycle the POWER key to preset the Counter.
2 Press Other Meas key until VOLT PEAKS 1 is displayed.
3 Set CHANNEL 1 input to:
50Ω/1MΩ, 50Ω
X10 Attenuate, Off
100kHz Filter, Off
4 Set CHANNEL 2 input to:
50Ω/1MΩ, 50Ω
X10 Attenuate, Off
100kHz Filter, Off
