This means to set "stop operation" by hexadecimal and byte unit.

Stop operation of data link
Write "00
of the JW-21MN. Setting of the parameter is only available
when the operation of the JW-21MN is stopped.
Display the contents of parameter
address 007777 by hexadecimals.
