•The SteadyShot may not correct excessive camera-shake. Even if STEADYSHOT is set
to ON.
•Attachment of a conversion lens (optional) may influence the SteadyShot.
If you cancel the SteadyShot
The SteadyShot off indicator
compensation for camera-shake.
Meaning
To deactivate the digital zoom. Up to 10 zoom
is carried out.
20 To activate the digital zoom. More than 10 to
20 zoom is performed digitally (p. 33).
120 To activate the digital zoom. More than 10 to
120 zoom is performed digitally (p. 33).
Not to activate the expanded focus
ON While focusing manually, the center of the
screen is displayed at twice the size.
Not to record a 16:9 wide picture
ON To record a 16:9 wide picture (p. 54)
To compensate for camera-shake
OFF To cancel the SteadyShot. Natural pictures are
produced when shooting a stationary subject
with a tripod.
The HOLOGRAM AF emits when focusing on
subjects is difficult in dark places (p. 117).
OFF The HOLOGRAM AF does not emit.
To use the NightShot Light function (p. 38)
OFF To cancel the NightShot Light function
