Press Submit after all panels have been added to return to the Set Up Sample Racks screen. Press Cancel to discard changes made on
the Edit Sample Details screen. Each selected panel can be deleted individually by pressing the X next to the panel name.
Note: A single sample can be run with several Pettes, but the AP3600 instrument is not able to measure patient serum volume in
the sample vial. The operator must confirm that sufficient serum is present to run all selected tests. See Figure 5-10.

Once all samples in the first rack have assigned panels (see Figure 5-11), press one of the following buttons to continue:
•
Load: Press to continue loading sample racks. This advances the loaded rack by one position so the next rack can be loaded.
•
Unload: Press to shift the loaded rack left one position so it can be removed. The sample ID and Pette test panel assignments are
discarded.
•
Finish Loading: Press to proceed to the next screen if there are no more sample vial racks to load.
