Run Settings
After each item in the checklist has a green check (see Figure 5-12), the run settings can be verified. Touch the following fields to
configure the following:
•
Drain: This field configures the instrument drain settings following assay completion.
•
Set to Drain if the instrument will automatically drain liquid from the Pettes at the end of testing.

Press the Start Run button to lock the AP3600 instrument doors and begin the automated run process.
Note: To cancel the test at this time, press the Unload Racks button to move the racks back to the load/unload position for removal
from the instrument.
