(a) Set the monitoring values for alarm 1 and 2 in the buffer memory.
Configurable range: -2147483648 to 2147483647
* The unit of the setting value is the same as below which was used for the measuring value of the
monitored target configured in alarm 1 monitoring factor and alarm 2 monitoring factor.
