3. OPERATION
 Setting the network transfer speed
1. Log on to the computer using an administrator's account.
2. Click Start > Control Panel > System and Security.
3. Click the System icon. Then click Device Manager.
4. The Device Manager window appears. Click the View menu and select Devices by
connection.
