This software can be used for adjusting and transmitting data from and to a PC
and as debug interface.
The ActiveSync remote software is a Microsoft product and can be obtained
freely via the following download address:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/downloads/activesync38.mspx
This chapter describes deviations from standard Windows CE devices and
Rexroth-specific settings.
The setting options for date and time are currently not supported.
The Config Tool can be used for calibration, easy function control of operating
elements and setting of the start up function.
The Config Tool can be called in the start-up mask as follows:

The appearance of the Config Tool depends on operating elements
installed in the IndraControl VCH 08.1 (menus for OV potentiome‐
ter, joystick and handwheel are displayed only if the operating
elements are also integrated in the device).
If you have changed the configuration and finish the program, all changes can
be stored permanently in the registry by selecting "Registry Backup".
For some changes (e.g. calibration) a window with the following meassage and
options is displayed while finishing the program:
"Data has changed! Do you want to write the registry to the flash? Yes/No"
If "No" is selected, the settings will not be saved and get lost when switching
off the IndraControl VCH 08.1.
If "Yes" is selected, the settings will be saved permanently in the flash and are
available when switching on the device again. The device is interupted during
the saving process for max. 10 seconds.
