input status register are all set to "0." (Initial value)
One of the PONSWF, ARKEYF, KEY_OFFF, or KEY_ONF bits of the
key input status register is set to "1."
[Clear condition]
This bit is cleared when "0" is written with the KEYIF bit set to "1."
