Procedure
Step 1 Remove the communications cables from the SBCU and mark the connection positions.
Step 2 Remove the four screws from the SBCU using a Phillips screwdriver and set them aside.
Step 3 Hold the SBCU front panel by one hand, and push out the SBCU from the fastener on the
front panel by the other hand.
Step 4 Install the new SBCU and secure it.
Step 5 Reinstall the communications cables for the new SBCU.
Step 6 After replacement and during startup, the SBCU automatically checks whether the monitoring
configuration is consistent with the rack configuration. If inconsistent, the SBCU displays a
synchronization dialog box.


If the SBCU generates a Version incompatible alarm, upgrade the monitoring software.

Issue 02 (2020-03-17)
The SBCU can be replaced without cutting off the power supply to the lithium battery
cabinet.
Before the replacement, ensure that the services are not affected or obtain written consent
from the customer.
If you tap OK, the configuration will be synchronized, and the SBCU automatically
restarts.
If you tap Cancel (not recommended), the configuration will not be synchronized, and
the SBCU displays the same dialog box during the next startup.
