Step 5 Set the value to 300 Pa for the new differential pressure switch. Install it in the reverse order
of Step 2
Step 6 Power on the device, tap Start on the LCD home screen. Choose Settings > Alarm
Settings > Main Board. Check that Air filter blocked is Allow.
Step 7 Choose Maint > Diagnostic Mode > Enter, and set Indoor fan to 100%.
Step 8 Block 100% air volume at the return air side using a plastic foam board or baffle plate, and
check whether the Air filter blocked alarm is generated. If so, the differential pressure switch
works properly. Then exit the diagnostic mode.

6.4.7 Replacing the T/H Sensor

Prerequisites


Context
Preparation: Maintain from the rear door.
Procedure
Step 1 Tap Shutdown on the LCD home screen.
Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the LCD.
Step 2 Open the rear door and remove the air filter.
Step 3 Remove the cable terminals from the RS485_IN and RS485_OUT ports on the T/H sensor.
Step 4 Pull out the T/H sensor upwards.
Issue 07 (2020-03-16)
to Step 4. Close the rear door after the installation.
The temperature and humidity (T/H) sensor needs to be replaced.
A spare T/H sensor of the same model is available and functional.
