called Open Source Licence for the op-
eration and control of the appliance.
This software/these software compon-
ents are protected by copyright. The
copyright powers of Miele and third
parties have to be respected.

Installation requirements

Low water pressure

If the water pressure is too low, the
washer-dryer will stop the programme
and a water inlet fault message will
appear.
This setting can be activated to ensure
problem-free water intake where the
water pressure is constantly low.
Factory default setting:

Suds cooling

Additional water flows into the drum at
the end of the main wash to cool the
suds down.
Suds cooling takes place when a Cot-
tons programme with a temperature of
70 °C or higher is selected.
Activate suds cooling:
- To prevent the danger of scalding if
the drain hose is hooked over the
edge of a sink or slops basin
- In buildings where the drainage pipes
do not comply with DIN 1986
Factory default setting: suds cooling is
switched off.
