Listening to cassette tapes

Preparation

Normal playback

Start playback
÷ Tapes are played in the directions indicated by their respective
indicators on the display.
To pause playback (CT-203/KXF-W4010; Deck B only)
CT-2050/ KXF-W6010
CT-203/ KXF-W4010
÷ The 8 indicator lights.
Usage of counter
Before starting recording (playback), press the RESET A or
RESET B key to reset the counter to "0000" , and w rite dow n the
counter reading w hen the recording (playback) should be stopped in
the middle of the tape, etc.; this w ill make it easy to locate the same
position w hen you w ant to continue recording (playback) next time.
It is also possible to use the Zero-stop function to return to the
position w here recording (playback) w as started.
RESET A

Connect commercially-available stereo headphones to the PHONES

Fast forw arding or rew inding tape

÷ Press the stop ( 7 ) key to stop fast tape w inding.
To stop playback
÷ Do not press the eject ( 0 ) button until the tape has stopped
completely.
Zero-stop operation
Fast w inding in the \ direction
Fast w inding in the | direction
÷ Tape is w ound until counter reading near "0000" w here it stops.
