Local control

The OccuSwitch DALI can be locally controlled using IR
remotes and (with the LCU2070 PBU) normal pushbutton

the system in semi-automatic (manual on / auto off)
applications and for overriding the OccuSwitch DALI
automatic control functions .
A Caution

stop the daylight regulation .
The OccuSwitch DALI will start regulating again when:
• Occupancy is detected after the area was
unoccupied and the lights were switch off
• Select Preset 1 on the remote
• Select Preset 1 on the switch (connected to the push
button unit)

Infrared group addressing

The OccuSwitch DALI contains an infrared receiver that
enables manual (remote) control of the system . For the
maximum distances of the controls to the receiver, see the
datasheets of the relevant controls .
Infrared group addressing makes it possible to control
individual light groups in open plan offices without
affecting the light level of neighbors . The OccuSwitch DALI
can be set to one of seven available groups (group A, B, C,
D, E, F or G) .
Infrared group A
Infrared group C
Figure 6: Infrared groups
The default infrared group for the OccuSwitch DALI and
the remote controls is group A . The OccuSwitch DALI and
the remote control must always operate in the same group .
Setting the infrared group of the OccuSwitch DALI is done
with the IRT9090, see section 4 .2 . 1 1 .
