3. IC103 is system LSI for the network camera with built-in CPU.
4. This LSI are built into JPEG encode circuit, memory management unit
(MMU), and the SDRAM controller.
5. Image data (YUV) input from the camera block is captured by SDRAM
by way of JPEG encode block MMU SDRAM controller. (1)
6. The captured YUV data are input to the JPEG Encode Block again and
the JPEG processing is performed here. The compressed encode data
are stored in SDRAM. (2)
7. A header is added to the encoded JPEG data by a direction of the CPU
and it is transferred to a network after a protocolprocessing. (3)
