18. On the OUT, press [CW] [4]
FACTOR % dial for the 4.5 GHz CAL FACTOR indication on the power sensor. Adjust the OUT's
rotary knob for a 0 dBin indication on the power meter.
19. On the OUT, press [SHIFT]
Adjust Cal Constant 43 for no more than 0.05 dB change in the power meter indication when
turning [AM] on and off.

20. On the OUT, press [SHIFT][PWRSWP] [0] [dBm] to decouple the RF attenuator and the ALC and
to set the ALC at 0 dBin. The RF attenuator should also be at 0 dB. If it is not, use the [a.] step key
to set it to 0. Press
21. On the OUT, press [SHIFT]

displayed in the ENTRY DISPLAY, then press [INSTRPRESET].
