Adapter Appearance

The appearance of this adapter, and names and positions of its parts are illustrated below.
PORT A
ACT/LINK LED

LAN port
A connector for accessing the network. The connector type is "RJ-45."
For the types of connectable cables and how to connect, see Chapter 3 "Network cable
connection" on page 43.
PCI bus connector
Attach PCI bus connector to PCI expansion slot in the server. This adapter supports
64-bit PCI / Rev2.2 and PCI-X (133MHz or slower), and is compliant with +5V/+3.3V
universal specifications.
PCI riser card
A riser card to connect the CPU blade and N8403-012 adapter.
First, attach N8403-012 adapter to PCI (or PCI-X) slot, then, connect the CPU blade
interface to the interface of CPU blade.
