4.4.1 How to update the onboard LAN driver and remove Intel
Before you attach this product, confirm the network driver's version for the onboard LAN.
Update the driver if necessary. Remove Intel
How to confirm the onboard LAN driver version:
1.
Select [Settings]→[Network and Dial-up Connections] from Start menu.
2.
Right-click [Local Area Connection] icon. Select [Properties] from the shortcut
menu.
3.
Click [Configure] button.
4.
Select [Driver] tab and confirm the version.
If the version is the same as the followings or newer, you do not need to update the
driver. Go to "How to remove Intel

How to update the onboard LAN driver:
1.
Insert the driver CD that comes with this product into the CD-ROM drive which the
CPU blade is connected with.
2.
Start the command prompt on the CPU blade screen.
3.
On the command prompt, change the current directory to the CD-ROM drive. Enter
the following command. Press Enter key.

If you see a returned message, "Finish", you have updated the driver successfully.
4.
Restart the system.
