Restore the information currently set for the FX700 main unit.

Specify the FX700 main unit name with 1 to 63 characters, which may be
alphanumeric characters, the hyphen, or the period.
Neither the hyphen nor period can be specified as the first or last character.
If the original name is displayed at the input time, delete it.
Specify an altitude between 0 and 3000.
The set value will be a multiple of 100 m.
If the original altitude is displayed at the input time, delete it.
