If [Weekly] or [Once a week] is selected in [Schedule], specify
a day of the week between [Sunday] and [Saturday].
Specify a single-byte number between 0 and 23 for the hour of
the operation start time.
Specify a single-byte number between 0 and 59 for the minute
of the operation start time.
Specify a single-byte number between 0 and 23 for the hour of
the operation end time.
Specify a single-byte number between 0 and 59 for the minute
of the operation end time.
