■Master function I/O address (Un\G1280 to Un\G1531)
The start addresses and sizes (in increments of words) of 'Master function receive data' (Un\G1792 to Un\G2047) and 'Master
function transmit data (Un\G2304 to Un\G2559)' used by each slave node are stored.
The following buffer memory addresses can be used for checking the start address of each node.
