□ Are interface cables properly connected?
Check the cable connection referring to page 55.

Check if either or both of the cable and cable connector are defective and any connector pin is bent or dirt.

If the cable or connector is defective, contact your service representative to request the replacement of
the cable with a new one.

Confirm the resolution of display by referring the resolution specified in server side or referring to page 80.

Incorrect MONITOR TYPE information of KVM switch unit may affect resolution of server that unable to

KVM switch unit.

Make sure the synchronization of display unit by referring to page 80.
